Lot ?- #1315 located here in 1921, August Henneberg family lived here. b- age 53 in ON, wife- Ellen Henneberg nee Bradley, b- age 49, in ON, married Nov 9, 1892, in Pembina MB, son- Frederick William Henneberg, b- age 27 in ON, and son- Carl Clifton Henneberg, b-July 8, 1906 in Manitou, MB., August and Frederick operated an early Jewelry store in Estevan.

Lot 15- #1317- Charles and Alice Bradley lived here in 1921, He was a Painter

Lot 16- #1321- Frederick Thomas Cox lived here in 1921, Butcher

Lot 17- #1325- William Henry Sykes Glew family, Deputy Sheriff, at the Court House, lived here in 1921, b- ca 1890, Manchester, Lancashire, England, d- Mar 3, 1955 in Victoria BC., buried in Royal Oak Burial Park in Saanich BC. (Parents- John Henry Glew, and Amy Ellen Glew nee Fisher) , Wife- Mary Margaret Stainton, Children: Mabel Glew, Crawford Stainton Glew, Pauline Glew, and Harry Arthur Glew. ; Used to be a small Pink Stucco House here- Miss Helen Bell Rattray, ECI School Teacher, and Business Woman Plus, Ruby Elizabeth Gleiser, lived here in the 1940's-60's, New House built on the lot (2017)

Lot 4- #1326- Max Mandel family lived here in 1921, owned M. Mandel General Store at #412, 12th Ave.

Lot 5- #1322- William Nichol family lived here in 1921, Provincial Government Sheriff. b- age 55, in ON, wife- Alice Nichol, b- age 47, in England, children: son William Moseby Nichol, daughter Helen Isabel Nichol, both born in SK.

Lot 6- Block 62, #1318 2nd st. per Historical Walking Tour Booklet, built in 1910 for Harry Kelly - Harry Kelly family lived here in 1921, owned a Harness shop on 4th st., Wife- Elizabeth, children: Ross L. Kelly, Grace Elizabeth Kelly, Francis Earl Kelly, and Sara D. Kelly. ; Dr. J. G. Barrie, Physician & Surgeon, lived here in 1955
This building was included in the 1914 promotional book for Estevan - Estevan Historical site

Lot 7- #1314- Francis W. Taylor (b-age 27, USA, immigrated in 1906), wife Lucy, age 26, and son Merrill H. Taylor, age 1, lived here in 1906

Lot 8- #1310-

Lot 9 & 10, Block 62, #1306 2nd st.- James Alpin Smith House, built in 1905, by 2 of Estevan's Finest Stone Masons, George Rooks and John Phillips. J. A. Smith became Mayor of Estevan 1913. Owned Smith Block on 12th Ave, between 4th and 5th st. He was the First Commanding officer of the South Saskatchewan Regiment ; David Ross Irvine Family lived here in the 60's-70's. He was a Druggist who owned Irvine Drugs Store on 4th St. This is still a beautiful Stone House. (2017)
