Lot 25- #1031-Gertrude Louise Rogers, nee Phelps, b- Oct 13, 1878, d- June 3, 1941, lived here in 1921, she operated a Musical Instruments & Novelties shop here.
Lot 26-29- #1033- In 1912, IHH, International Harvester Company, bought 200 ft of frontage here, for $95.00 a foot. It was to be used for offices for the Company. They also bought property along the railroad track for warehouse space; “Foley Motors”, Dodge, Chrysler dealer, in 1955, Edward Foley Owner, who lived at #1710 2nd st. ;
#1039 4th st- George H. Fredrickson, owned a Machine Shop and Auto Repair Shop here. He lived at 818 1st. William Kinnon was a Machinist here, he lived on 2nd st.
