Block 63, Lots B and D #1401- # ?

Lot D- #1401- Private Senior's Home, Hillview Manor, built in ca 2001, my Mom lived here from 2002-2007
This was the Original location of St. Joseph's Hospital, before the new one was built in Pleasantdale,
St. Joseph Hospital was opened Nov 30, 1938, and was operated by the Sisters of St Joseph, Peterborough, Ontario.

Lot B- A 2 story, 6 plex, row of Condos was built here in 2005, and seriously damaged by a Tornado while under construction.
Lot A- Another set of Condo's was added behind the front row. Access from Back Alley, Civic Address's unknown for these.

Nick Carl Erickson- alt Karl Nick Erickson- age 51 in 1921 born in Norway
b- Feb 8, 1869 in Lillehammer, Lillehammer kommune, Oppland fylke, Norway
d- July 8, 1950 at Estevan, SK,
buried in Estevan City Cemetery
wife- Inga Erickson- age 41 born in Norway
Married Ingaborg Brudwig in Minnewukin, N.D. in 1907
b- Feb 12, 1897 Norway
d- May 27, 1952 (aged 55) Estevan, SK, Canada
buried in Estevan City Cemetery
daughter- Jennie Erickson- age 13 born in ND, USA
son- Arthur Erickson- age 1, born in ND, USA, in 1910 USA census, not shown in 1916 Canadian census.
He died in 1918, buried in Estevan City Cemetery
son- Albert Nicholas Erickson- 2 months old, in SK
6 children: only Jennie and Albert survived into adulthood.
Family immigrated to Canada in 1910 from the USA obviously since daughter born there.
Nick was a builder and Contractor
Nick shown on First St in 1916, shown as a carpenter.
1910 they were living in Albert, Benson, ND, USA, came to Estevan same year.
He is shown immigrating in 1889 to USA
1900 USA census he is in riggin, Benson, USA by himself, shown as a carpenter.
Nick is shown in a photo, building the old Hillside School.
