Old Subdivision Map of Estevan
Originally sold by a Mr. A. W. Graham
Here I see the CNR station shown on south side of King St. just east of Highway 47, just north of present day Water Tower location.
Pleasantdale didn't exist and was owned by the CPR.
As you can see International Securities Company, of Winnipeg MB, a Land Corporation, owned land West of Pleasantdale, and south of the City.
Scotsburn Subdivision is shown just East of Hillside, which is clearly shown subdivided on this map.

International Securities Company Ltd, were the authorized sales agent for the Grand Trunk Pacific Railway.
1912, they were selling lots in Brandon, office based in Montreal at that time.
1914 the head office was in Somerset building, in Winnipeg, with branches even as far as in England. They owned many lots in Weyburn as well.
