This partnership hardware store started in Prince Rupert in 1938.

Lee Murray Gordon- Secretary Treasurer (1905 - 1990)

John Gunnard Anderson- President (1900 - 1978)

1939 Prince Rupert Directory shows them at 350-358 W. 3rd Ave.

Even back then they sold everything:
Electrical Supplies, Refrigerators, Washing Machines, Radios, Hardware, Furniture, Range Oil burners.

When I moved to Terrace in 1969, They had already expanded their business to Terrace.
Where they had their store at 4606 Lazelle, has been changed a couple times over, today a Chinese Restaurant (2017).

This store was packed full of everything, narrow aisles, but for some strange reason, the clerks knew where everything was!

1977 they were part of the “Link Hardware Stores Chain”
