Nov 11, 1991- Letter written to BC Lottery Corp asking for financial help to Host the 1993 Kitimat Winter Games at the Onion Lake Trails- signed D.A. (Dave) Kelly- President of the Winter Games Society
This would have been asking for money for the Pisten Bully Grooming machine
