VICTOR (VIC) FILBY Vic worked in Terrace, Smithers, and Prince George Store's Departments Vic was personally responsible for saving lives during the Great Barn Fire in Terrace in 1974. He warned others in a trailer inside the old Army Hangar, to leave the building. What makes this more amazing, is he suffered thru a bad fire when he was younger, and bore the scars from it till he died. He was a big man, with a big heart.
