Twitter Facebook Pinterest × Aiyansh- Tseax Cone Aiyansh, BC, Canada aka Aiyansh Volcano Photo above courtesy Ron Anderson Collection, Terrace Tseax Cone, alt “Aiyansh Volcano Cinder Cone” from the air Elevation- 600 m (1,969 ft) located at 55“07'N, 128”54'W It is one of Canada's youngest Volcanoes. There is actually 2 cones here. One inside the other. Smallest one 290 mtrs, and largest 460 mtrs at the base. This volcano erupted in 1325, and again between 1750-1775. It is currently designated Dormant.
