Lot 24- #1413- Frederick and Ellen Willock family, lived here, in 1921. 3 daughters and a son. He sold cars in Estevan in 1921.

Lot 28- #1429- Edith Westover, nee Ryder, b-bet Oct 1-15, 1880, in Brampton, Westmorland, England, d- Dec 21, 1945 in Estevan SK., buried in Estevan City Cemetery., She was a Private Nurse living here in 1921. daughter Edith Nefia Westover, b-Nov 20, 1903 in USA, d- Apr 1, 1991. She shows married, but no husband listed in 1921. She had another daughter Roxie Westover as well, (b-1901-d-1919). Parents- Alfred “Alf” Ryder, and Annie MacIntosh. Her husband was John Arthur Westover (1873-1961) Edith married the Estevan lawyer, William Wallace Lynd (1891-1992). Edith and her family came to Canada, arriving Apr 25,1888 on SS. Sardinian.

Thomas Scott Hooper, b- Sept 1, 1871 in Caspar Creek, Mendocino, CA, USA, living in Estevan, immigrated in 1875 in 1906 census, and 1880 in 1916 census. Shown as Gov't Agent in 1916. d- May 3, 1948, Vancouver BC , wife- Annie Hooper, nee Stephenson, b-1871 in Ontario, d- 1960, son James Leighton Hooper, b-1903 in SK, d- 1992, son Donald Scott Hooper, b- 1905 in SK, d- 1962, daughter Helen Annie Hooper, shows up in 1916 census, b- June 8, 1907 in Estevan, SK, d- 2000, and another daughter Jessie May Hooper, b- 1914 in SK., d- 2002 Family in Saskatoon SK in 1921, he is shown as a CPR Agent here.
Father- James Lancaster Hooper, Mother Helen Murray Scott
Herbert Wallace family lived here in 1921. Coal Mine Manager. Wife- Jessie Wallace, daughter Dorthy Wallace, and son Donald Wallace.

Lot 3, Block 51, #1430 3rd st.- Per Historical Walking tours Booklet, This was a show home built in 1929 by George A. Calvert, the Managing-Director of the Estevan Brick Plant. Built of Scots Grey Brick.;
Greg Trout family owned this house for 30 years + .

Lot 5- #1422- Feb., 1915, The Brick House on this lot was built by H. E. McKenzie for Charles Edward LaBranche, who did business as the Estevan Security Company at that time, and obviously went bankrupt, as that lot and other assets were fought over in the courts of the day.
Ernest John and Annetta Campbell family lived here in 1921. He was a Barrister, Law, b- Mar 9, 1866 in Hove, Brighton, England, d- Dec 10, 1932 in Arcola SK. Immigrated in 1909 from Brighton, England. 4 children living with them in 1921: Florence Adelade Campbell, Helen Catherine Campbell, Robert Henry Campbell, and Ernest Ross Campbell, all born in Carnduff SK. His wife was Annetta Carnduff. daughter of John Porter Carnduff, who Carnduff SK was named after. Ernest Came to Estevan in 1913. He had the Campbell Block built in Estevan in 1917. Partnered with W. W. Lynd and W. T. Moore.
Lot 6, #1418- Thomas Albert and Ethel Viola Perry family lived here in 1921. He was co-owner of Perry Hardware on 4th st.
