Elizabeth M. Currie Diploma
for passing the “Rodmure” Dress and Jacket Cutting, Making and Finishing Course
June 30, 1919
signed by Joseph Fox-(1851-1933) Principal (Inventor of this system of making dresses, who wasn't even a Tailor. )
and L. Levine - Examiner- (who happened to be his daughter)
both based at 212 Sauchiehall Street, Glasgow, Scotland
They sold this “system” to help ladies out. But from articles online it was a very confusing system.
Named after an early settler in the District, George Schneller
George Schneller homesteaded on NE Section 15, Township 2, Range 13, W2
on the Section just north of the Original School Location.
He donated the land for this school, so he obviously owned this Quarter Section as well.
