Stores
I usually do not comment or add info on the modern businesses.
but have to make the odd exception-
Also included on our stop was the Carlyle Bakery for Cinnamon Buns with Raisins!!! Words can't describe these.
I ate them back in early 1960's and they are as good today!

My wife dragged me into the quilt shop, Carlyle Sew & Sews, next to the Carlyle Bakery, and I can say it is one of the cleanest, well laid out, uncluttered, Quilt Shop this husband has been forced to endure. You have to check out her Canada 150 Quilt here. This store was a total surprise, and a very pleasant owner, for a whole package. Quilting is on a comeback, so stop here, you will not be disappointed. But like all quilt stores, you need to put a couple chairs at the door, with a little TV, for the guys. It will pay for itself in no time!! Happy Husband, Happy Customer, more $$'s spent, it is simple math! This goes for any ladies store, by the way!
