John Jacobson was Sec-Treasurer for many years

1949, Dead Lake School was moved from sub-unit three to four in Estevan School Unit #2

1937- They built a dam on the Souris River near Dead Lake located south of Midale,
and a Pipeline to Midale was built in 1980 from that reservoir.
